The contract for service shall be a strictly bipartite contract between such service provider and the diner. At no time shall WoowLocal have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract nor shall WoowLocal hold any rights, title or interest in the services provided by such service provider. WoowLocal shall not be responsible for any unsatisfactory or delayed performance or any actions or inactions of the restaurants/third party service provider including deficiency in services provided by such restaurants and the service providers. Platform Role and Disclaimers 2.1 Intermediary Status • WoowLocal acts solely as a technological platform and does not function as a direct seller of products. • The platform provides digital infrastructure for product discovery, ordering, and in-store pickup. 2.2 Product Responsibility • WoowLocal explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the products, services, or goods sold through the platform. • All product-related obligations, warranties, and quality assurances rest exclusively with the individual retail establishments. 3. Purchasing Process 3.1 Order Placement • Consumers can browse products and promotions from local retail establishments through the WoowLocal mobile application. • Two payment options are available: a) Online Payment: Complete payment at the time of order b) Pay on Delivery: Deferred payment to be settled during in-store pickup 3.2 QR Code Authentication • Upon order confirmation, consumers receive a unique QR code specific to their transaction. • This QR code serves as the primary authentication mechanism for product pickup. 3.3 In-Store Pickup Procedure • Consumers must present the generated QR code to the store manager. • The store manager will scan the QR code to verify and process the order. 4. Consumer Responsibilities 6.1 Account Management • Consumers must maintain accurate account information. • Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials. 6.2 Compliance • Consumers agree to use the platform for lawful purposes. • Fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform are strictly prohibited. 7.
